Seawall Repair
Are you experiencing a loss of soil containment on the bulkhead or seawall? If you lose soil you are loosing part of your land, and moreover if it’s not stopped, you will be repairing it over and over again for years to come. Failing seawalls are typically the result of soil seeping through the wall into the water by way of rain or waves. Ram Jack provides a special approach to re-establishing a firm substrate around the wall as well as sealing these leaks and preventing further damage.

The process of injecting a permeating material along the interior of a seawall stop soils from seeping into the ocean. This polyurethane permeation grout reacts with water and finds the channels where it will slightly expand and cure to “glue” and seal from further seeping.

If you've noticed holes forming along your seawall, it's important to seek a professional evaluation to help avoid significant damage and repairs. Ram Jack is dedicated to securing the North Carolina coast line from the impending stress the ocean puts on our structures. Request your evaluation today.
COMMERCIAL SEAWALL SOLUTIONS
Our seawall repair process is tested to attack the exact issues that lead to seawall failure.

When soil seeps into the ocean, your seawall structure is severely weakened and can result in large repairs. Injecting a permeating material along the interior of a seawall can stop this soil seepage and re-strengthen your seawall. This polyurethane permeation grout reacts with water and finds the channels where it will slightly expand and cure to “glue” and seal from further seeping.

For a more permanent solution, request a seawall inspection. We repair concrete, wooden and vinyl seawalls from further structural damage with our multipurpose Poly Foam Injection solution. Not only is it eco-friendly, but also can fill voids next to your seawall and create a water tight seal to lessen the effects of water intrusion.
If your sea wall is deteriorating as a result of weather, poor construction or even time, call us for a on-site inspection and estimate!

The typical homeowner repair is to keep filling the voids year after year with soil, rock and/or concrete. While this is a temporary fix, the problem will continue to come back if the area of leakage if far down in the soil and can’t be accessed unless you excavate it all the way down, and install new high grade of mesh to stop the outward flow of soil.
EROSION CONTROL
Continued erosion around your seawall will only weaken your seawall structural further causing more damages and expensive repairs in the long run. Plus, contaminated soil––due to failing seawall erosion––can enter into the clean water having a huge and negative impact on marine fisheries, shell life and more.

We can help stabilize the seawall soil where erosion occurs by injecting Poly Foam into the existing substrate. This creates a "glue" that provides soil densification and strengthening of the seawall surrounds.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVANTAGES
An environmentally friendly and marine-safe product, Polyurethane Foam does not react with soil or release any chemicals. When compared to usage of concrete, it also has lower carbon emissions.
